With years of impactful work in both South Asia and internationally, she has cemented her reputation as a tireless champion of marginalized communities, ensuring their rights are heard and upheld. As the Director for the SAARC countries under the International Human Rights Organization (IHRO), she has significantly advanced human rights advocacy, addressing critical issues like child protection, gender inequality, environmental degradation, and the right to basic services.

In her role as Global Director for CCIS, Miss Bhattarai spearheads transformative initiatives aimed at improving child education, empowering women, and protecting the environment. She has led numerous successful projects in Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), creating lasting change in the lives of those without access to these essential services.
